I have wavy/curly hair, hi porosity/med density/semi coarse in texture. I use this when my hair needs a good deep conditioning treatment. It immediately glides through while finger detangling after wash making my hair feel smooth like seaweed. You can’t beat the price point, no bad/harmful ingredients added. And I do believe it can be used for all textures, just remember a little goes a long way. I brush through after finger detangling & then let sit while I finish up my shower. After thoroughly rinsed I skip the leave in so my hair doesn’t become over moisturized. I only use once maybe twice a month so it lasts for quite sometime.
